• This terms page on this site is maintained by Citizravvi Tea House; email shop@this site if a step looks outdated for Plovdiv.
• We may refuse tea shop jobs that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside craft at the studio — including rush asks that skip curing or test time.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Daily 10:00–21:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via shop@this site so the slot can reopen.

Indirect damages from website downtime on this site are excluded where Bulgaria law allows; direct craft faults are handled under our redo policy.

Governing law for this site contracts: Bulgaria. Venue preference: Plovdiv. Contact stem reference: citizravvi.

• Updates to this site terms post here with the date changed — continuing to book tea shop work after notice means you accept the revision.
• Most terms start with a short written brief at Citizravvi with scope confirmed on paper before work starts. Ticket codes stay local to this Plovdiv bench.
• Written care notes follow every tea shop handoff here and favour fewer parallel jobs during busy weeks. Bring reference photos when they help.
